MAKING A PURCHASE.
Making a purchase could not be easier, just browse our site and click on any item you wish to purchase followed by the option choices for that product. Once you have finished shopping you will be asked to fill in your details via our secure server together with your payment option, our ordering system ensures that all details provided are securely encrypted using 128 bit encription.
Please Note: Card payments will not be taken until your order is ready to post.
We have a minimum order policy of £12.00 due to costs incured in taking payments for values below this.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES.
"aecollars" is committed to complete customer satisfaction, giving you the very best possible products, prices and service.
All of our products are quality checked on packaging however should any product purchased from aecollars be found to be faulty, damaged in transit or differing from the order as placed then we will be pleased to arrange either a full refund or replacement together with the cost of the postage for the returned item. Please notify us within 24 hours of receipt of any problems so we can give you a returns code to place on the package, return with the product any damaged packaging.

All Bespoke orders placed are non refundable. Items are considered to be Bespoke if any alterations to the stud design shown in the photos are made. ie. if the option buttons are used to alter any of the studs as shown.

If upon receipt of your order as placed you are not 100% satisfied you may return it to us for a refund or exchange providing it is done so within 7 days of receipt and the goods are returned in a "good as new" condition ie. with no sign of use or damage, any item returned to us that in our opinion has been used will not be accepted for a refund or exchange.
Please note all items returned to us which are not faulty, damaged in transit or which have been supplied as per your order will be charged a restocking fee of £10.00 together with any shipping costs incurred to provide an exchange, the original postage/shipping costs is also non refundable.
If you require this option please contact us first for a returns reference to put on the package and quote your order number.

We cannot accept any responsibility for goods until they have actually arrived back to us, so it is recommended that you return any item to us by Recorded Delivery or another Service which Insures the item against loss or damage in transit..

DELIVERY SCHEDULE.
All items are Handmade to your specific order which takes time so please allow up to 28 working days for delivery.
If you have a show date in mind or a Birthday please make sure your order is placed in plenty of time for it to be produced.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING.
Our products are securely packaged and sent by one of the following Signed For Services:
UK Items ....Royal Mail Recorded Delivery or Royal Mail Special Delivery.
Overseas Items .... Royal Mail International Signed For.
Please Note .... We are unable to send to PO Boxes.

PAYMENTS.
All items are priced in UK Pounds Sterling which is the base currency used for all transactions, however to view our products in the currency of your choice just click on a flag to select. Payment is required for all products ordered based on the correct product price at the time of ordering.
Payments can be made via our Secure Server or by telephone using most major debit/credit cards. We also accept payments by cheque or crossed postal orders from UK. customers, please make payable to A. E. Collars.
